Terms of Service

Effective September 7, 2026

These terms govern your access to and use of ResumeCraft AI.

Using ResumeCraft AI

You are responsible for providing accurate information, protecting your account, and using the service lawfully. You may not misuse the service, interfere with its operation, or attempt unauthorized access.

Your content

You retain ownership of the resume and career information you provide. You grant ResumeCraft AI permission to process that content only as necessary to operate and improve the requested service.

AI-generated suggestions

AI suggestions may contain errors or unsuitable wording. Review every resume, cover letter, job-match result, and interview response before relying on it. ResumeCraft AI does not guarantee interviews, offers, or employment.

Subscriptions and billing

Paid features, prices, renewal periods, and cancellation terms are shown at checkout. Subscriptions renew unless canceled before the next billing date. Any refund policy displayed at checkout applies.

Public sharing

You are responsible for the information included in a resume you choose to share publicly and for disabling links you no longer want active.

Availability

Features may change and the service may occasionally be unavailable for maintenance or events outside reasonable control.

Disclaimer

The service is provided on an as-available basis. To the extent permitted by law, ResumeCraft AI disclaims warranties not expressly stated in these terms.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, ResumeCraft AI is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-opportunity damages arising from use of the service.

Termination

Access may be suspended or terminated for material violations, unlawful activity, abuse, or risks to the service or other users.

AI-content disclaimer

ResumeCraft AI uses artificial intelligence to assist with writing suggestions, keyword analysis, cover letters, interview preparation, and career correspondence. AI-generated content may contain errors, outdated information, biased language, or unsuitable wording. You are responsible for reviewing, editing, and verifying all AI-generated content before including it in your application materials. AI suggestions should be treated as a starting point, not as final professional advice.

ATS-score disclaimer

Applicant Tracking System (ATS) compatibility scores, keyword match reports, and parse previews are estimates based on common ATS parsing patterns. Actual ATS behavior varies by vendor, configuration, and job posting. A high score does not guarantee your resume will be selected or reviewed by a human recruiter. A low score does not necessarily mean your resume will be rejected. Use these tools as guidance alongside your own judgment.

Job-listing sources and safety

Job listings displayed in ResumeCraft AI are sourced from third-party job boards (including Jooble, USAJOBS, and Adzuna). We do not control the content of external job postings and are not responsible for their accuracy, legitimacy, or availability. Always research companies independently, never pay to apply for a job, and be cautious of listings that request sensitive personal information upfront. Use the 'Report this listing' feature to flag suspicious or expired postings.

Changes

These terms may be updated as ResumeCraft AI evolves. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.

Questions, billing concerns, privacy requests, and data-deletion requests can be submitted through the ResumeCraft AI contact form.
